Spa Esthetician (Facial and Waxing Services)

The Spa – Los Gatos is a first class European styled day spa offering professional and superior services in an atmosphere unequaled in our industry.

Requirements:

·      At least three years experience providing quality skincare


·      Superior communications skills


·      Can comfortably follow outlined service procedures and guidelines


·      Confident in recommending home care programs and  the most suitable products for clients


·      Enjoy cultivating client relationships in order to provide the best service and support possible


·      Eager to work with top quality, brand name products only (no private label skin care lines)


·      Superior customer service skills


·      Knowledge of YonKa, Epicuren and/or Jan Marini Skincare is preferred


·      Enjoys continued education and further professional development

Spa Hostess / Front Desk

OPPORTUNITY FOR ADVANCEMENT

Full-time and part-time hours available

Duties Include:
- Greeting and interacting with guests, with ability to build guest rapport
- Accurately scheduling and confirming guest appointments
- Completing daily sales information and inventory as well as other administrative duties as assigned
- Answering phone calls and emails
- Maintaining cleanliness and well-organized environment
- Selling Retail Products and Gift Cards
- Communicating effectively with all team members
- Act as a positive ambassador of The Spa

Qualified Candidates:
- 18 years of age or older
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to be consistent with expectations and goal setting

- Previous Retail, Customer Service or Spa experience preferred, but not required.

Salon Station Rentals - $350/Week Full Time

AQUA Hair Salon, located inside The Spa ~ Los Gatos, has rental station available. We offer a beautiful work setting with high traffic and quality clientele featuring Kerastase, Kevin Murphy, and Unite styling products.

Spa Massage Therapist — Part time

Join our team and experience the positive, nurturing atmosphere that allows you to be the best at what you do. If you:

• Hold a current license with CAMTC

• Have experience (preferably in a spa environment)

• Are talented

• Are able to learn and follow our protocol guidelines

• Have superior customer service skills • Like to work in a positive environment
